Crown of Melon
with apple sorbet

Chef’s Chicken Terrine
semi smooth chicken & chorizo terrine with a hint of tarragon,
served with warm bread & spiced pears

Trio of Scallops
pan fried scallops on black pudding, coated with hollandaise sauce
sprinkled with panchetta

Potted Stilton with Red Onion Marmalade (Warm Focaccia Bread)


Roasted Celeriac, Brandy & Bramley Apple Soup
garnished with garlic croutons

Roast Sirloin of Beef Dianne
slow roasted beef, served with chateau potatoes, wild mushroom tartlet
and enhanced with a Dianne cream sauce

Tender Pork Fillet
stuffed with black pudding, wrapped in smoked bacon, served on a pillow of colcannon
finished with a cider, leek & cream sauce

Chargrilled Moroccan Lamb
tender lamb steak marinated in moroccan spices, and served on a pillow
of slow roasted vegetables, coated with a rich red wine sauce

Asian Style Red Snapper
baked red snapper served on a bed of stir fried vegetables & bamboo shoots,
drizzled with sweet chilli sauce, served on a pillow of egg noodles

Wild Mushroom Risotto
slowly cooked with white wine, spring onions & finished with parmesan shavings
